At Bean Rock Coffee, our goal is to provide our coffee lovers an enjoyable coffee experience, with good services, and of course good coffee. We want you to be happy with your Bean Rock Coffee experience, so we strive to make sure our return policy reflects that.
1. Coffee is perishable and our coffees are roasted and packed to order, so we are unable to accept returns on coffee.
2. If there’s an error with your order, just contact us at [email protected] within 7 working days (for Singapore delivery), or 11 working days (for Malaysia delivery) of purchase. If you’re dissatisfied with your coffee, just let us know and we will help you to find your right coffee fix.
3. If the received items are not in order (e.g., wrong item, damaged during shipment, etc.), you can reach out to us about a return or exchange within 7 working days (for Singapore delivery), or 11 working days (for Malaysia delivery) of purchase. Just email us at [email protected].
We are unable to process a refund or an exchange for the following Bean Rock Coffee products:
- sale items or items purchased with promo codes;
- products that are deemed to be damaged on purpose;
- products that have undergone wear and tear;
- products that are perishables such as coffee; and
- if there is no proof of purchase.
